What I offer
Labor and Birth Support
As your doula, I will provide information to help you make informed decisions as well as support & comfort you throughout your labor & birthing process.
- You will get a 30-minute consultation free of charge to ensure we are the right fit for each other!
- 2 prenatal visits
- Customized birth plan that we will create together
- Authentic support & care
- One postpartum visit to discuss your experience & meet your new baby
Postpartum and Newborn Care
After your new family member arrives, I will stay an hour following the birth to ensure latching and bonding with baby goes smoothly, regardless of selected plan.
Any Additional Services:
- 6 weeks of text/phone postpartum support
- 20 hours of postpartum support: newborn care & information, light housekeeping, meal prep, etc.
Placenta Encapsulation *NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE*
I am currently not providing placenta encapsulation services, but they will be available July 2024.
